Month of Coordination Services

Service Description

This service is an in-person meeting with our lead coordinator 14-30 days before your event date to go over all the details of the day. With this service we come in and tie up all lose ends consisting of contacting vendors and finalizing all details, providing day of time lines, pre-event rehearsals, and final venue walk through. On the day of your event we set into motion all details discussed in the pre-event consultation, assist key persons involved in the event with any needs they may have, direct vendors, make sure all contract obligations are fulfilled, and assist with any unforeseen issues that may arise.
